Northern Consortium Publishes Guidebook for Black Pregnant Women
The Northern Consortium has published “Generations” – A Pregnancy Guide For Women of African Descent. It is designed to serve as a guidebook that is culturally competent, and also covers a variety of issues that can affect Black pregnant women.
The guidebook includes such topics as:

- Relationships and support
- Planning for pregnancy
- The male perspective
- Nutritional information
- Prenatal information
