What is the LEO Program?
The LEO Program helps homeowners, property investors, tenants and families tackle residential lead hazards in several ways, including:
-Holding free monthly Lead Safe Building Maintenance courses for property owners, contractors and investors,
-Distributing free Wipe-Out Lead testing Kits to parents and community members, and
-Assisting to homeowners in applying for low-interest home renovation loans through the federal Lead Hazard Control Act.
