Northern Consortium hosts Cornell MHA Student

Chinomnso Nnodum is a 1st year graduate student at Cornell University in the Sloan Program in Health Administration, working towards a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA). She spent a week in January 2011 at the Northern Consortium shadowing President and CEO, Ilise Zimmerman, to learn about management of a non-profit health organization. The Sloan Program at Cornell University is a 2 year professional Master’s degree program which prepares its students to be leaders within the health care field and is directed by Dr. William White.  Ms. Nnodum is pictured below left reviewing the Community Health Workers Guidebook poster that was presented at the American Public Health Association Annual Meeting & Exposition with Nirva Vital, Program Manager of the Black Infant Mortality Reduction Resource Center.
