Teen Empowerment Group
The Irvington Family Development Center recently held their 7th Teen Empowerment Group for girls. It was another successful series attended by 47 teens. Girls who attended to learn, discuss, and share their opinions and experiences about the most relevant adolescent topics, such as healthy relationships, pregnancy prevention, self-esteem, emotional health, nutrition, peer pressure, college/employment opportunities.
