Q104.3 Helps Northern Consortium Spread the Word on PPD
The Northern Consortium’s Postpartum Depression (PPD) Program Coordinator, Irina Polanco-Ventura (pictured below, far left), was recently interviewed on the topic of Maternal Mental Health by Q104.3 co-host of the Jim Kerr Rock and Roll Morning Show, Shelli Sonstein, in New York City. The 15 minute piece covered several areas, including the NJ PPD law, hospital screening, signs and symptoms of PPD, self care, and resources available to help women. The segment was heard by many listeners in the New York/New Jersey region.
