RHAIN Pauses for Pregnant and New Moms

The Northern Consortium‘s RHAIN (Reproductive Health Access and Information Network) Program recently held “Pregnant Pause”, an event for pregnant and new moms in the Christopher Hope Community Center in Paterson. The event, which promotes a healthy lifestyle both during and after pregnancy, featured guest speakers that covered topics such as alcohol/drug awareness, healthy relationships, and relaxation/stress relief. The event was provided free of charge.

The RHAIN program is funded by a grant from the NJ Department of Health & Senior Services.

The Governor’s Council on the Prevention of Developmental Disabilities provided funding support for Pregnant Pause. Pictured below are some of the attendees who participated in the event.
