RHAIN provides award-winning information to Paterson youth

The UMOJA (Swahili for “unity”) Club of the Paterson School Based Youth Services Program at JFK high school recently presented Marie Kinsella, the Program Manager for the Northern Consortium’s RHAIN (Reproductive Health Access and Information Network) program, with their annual Community Service Award.  The RHAIN program frequently conducts presentations to Passaic County high school students on preconception and interconception health.

Paterson’s School Based Youth Services Program is part of the city’s Youth Services Bureau and provides youths from 13-19 years of age with a comprehensive set of services on a one-stop shopping basis at two sites – John F. Kennedy and Eastside High Schools. The Northern Consortium is very proud of our strong relationship with the city of Paterson, as well as Marie and her award-winning contributions.

The RHAIN program is funded by a grant from the NJ Department of Health & Senior Services.
