PETALS Resource Directory The BIMRR Center through its PETALS program has created a Community Resource Directory, which links consumers and professionals to health, education, support services and resources throughout Northern New Jersey related to maternal/child health. The directory includes a comprehensive listing of agencies that provide health promotion, disease management and prevention, economic development, social services and support programs. If you are having difficulty finding a resource within the directory or would like to add an organization, please call toll free 866-665-6242.
